JobsPulse is a personal project operated by Albert Reina i Buxó, based in Barcelona, Spain, acting as the data controller. Contact: clinch-vassals.3r@icloud.com.
Only what we need to match you to jobs: your first name and email; your current role, years of experience and skills; the roles, locations and work styles you're targeting; and optionally a salary floor, deal-breakers, your CV text or LinkedIn URL, and any documents you upload (CV, cover letters, certificates). We do not collect your ID number, date of birth, home address, photo, or any special-category data.
We use it to generate your personalised weekly job-match email. Our legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box at sign-up. You can withdraw it at any time.
We rely on a small number of processors, each under a data processing agreement:
We will name any additional providers here before they process your data. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Until you ask us to delete it, and we auto-delete after 12 months of inactivity.
At any time, for free, you can access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent. Email clinch-vassals.3r@icloud.com and we'll action it within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish authority, the AEPD.
We encrypt your data in transit and at rest and restrict access to it.
